Reloads, Cashback and Tournaments
Once the welcome offer is done, four promotion types keep running on your account: a weekly reload bonus, 10% cashback, slot tournaments and monthly prize draws. Cashback is credited on net losses, so a losing week still returns part of your stake as playable funds.
Tournaments run on selected pokies from our 3,200-slot library, with leaderboard scores based on your spins. Monthly draws work off your activity during the month; every qualifying bet is an entry. Reload terms are shown on the promotion page before you opt in.
- Weekly reload bonus on repeat deposits
- 10% cashback on net losses
- Slot tournaments with leaderboard prizes
- Monthly prize draws for active players
Our Five Tier Loyalty Program
Loyalty points accrue from real-money play and climb you through five tiers, from Bronze up to Diamond. Each tier raises the exchange rate on points and unlocks better cashback rates.
From the upper tiers you get a personal VIP manager and exclusive gifts that are not available on the public promotions page. We review tier progress monthly, and your level never drops mid-month.
- Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers
- Points exchange for bonus funds
- Tier-based cashback rates
- Personal VIP manager and exclusive gifts at top tiers
Claim Your Bonus in Four Steps
The claim process is identical on desktop and our HTML5 mobile site; no app download is needed.
- Register an account and verify your email address.
- Deposit at least 15 AUD using PayID, card, e-wallet or crypto.
- Enter the promo code CLEO on the deposit page.
- Open any eligible pokie and start playing with your matched funds and 100 free spins.
How the 10x Wagering Works
Worked example
Wagering means you must place bets totalling a multiple of your bonus before withdrawal. Our requirement is 10x the bonus amount. Deposit 100 AUD, receive a 100 AUD match, and you need 1,000 AUD in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
Bets on pokies contribute at full value. Wins you land along the way stay yours once wagering clears, subject to the 8,000 AUD maximum cashout. Track your progress in real time under the Active Bonuses tab in your account.
Key Terms You Should Know
Bonuses expire after 30 days, and unfinished wagering forfeits the remaining bonus balance. Game weighting applies: pokies count fully, while table and live games contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Check the weighting list inside each bonus description before you bet.
One bonus runs per account and per household. Deposits via Skrill, Neteller or crypto wallets are sometimes excluded from specific offers; the deposit page flags any exclusion before payment. If a term is unclear, live chat runs 24/7 or email [email protected].
- Wagering must clear within 30 days
- Pokies contribute fully; other games may contribute less
- One active bonus per account
- Some payment methods excluded from certain offers
- Maximum cashout on welcome bonus: 8,000 AUD
Do You Need a Promo Code
The current code is CLEO, used once on your first deposit to activate the welcome package. Ongoing promotions, including reloads, cashback and tournament entries, are applied automatically or via an opt-in button, so no code is required for those.
We publish any new codes on the promotions page and by email to subscribed accounts. A code never changes the underlying terms: wagering, caps and expiry stay as listed on this page.
